Laminating temperature
This machine belongs to a temperature adjustment type. Under 25ºC room temperature, recommend the following temperature: When the thickness of the card protective film is 0.05mm, the temperature is 110ºC, 0.07mm for 140ºC, 0.1mm for 170ºC .They also can be adjusted according to the factors which selected by you, such as the card film size ,thickness and material etc.
If the temperature is too low, the card picture is not clear, this time; you should increase the setting temperature.
If the temperature is too high, the card picture film will cause twinks, this time; you should reduce the setting temperature.
Operation process
1. Connect the power (230V, 50Hz), turn on the power switch into HOT position ( the power switch is ON-OFF-ON design), the machine start to heat, and the roller become hot.
2. You can set the machine temperature according to the pouch film thickness, if you are not clear what the temperature should be at your film thickness, should first set the temperature in the low position, after heating 3 minutes, when the working light on, and wait for 1 minute again, the working light will be change between in on and off, and then you can laminate the item.
3.Put the item in the pouch film, put the closed end film first in the machine, the item will go into the machine and it will come out at the back of the machine several second later.
4.When you put the film into the machine, if you find the card in the pouch film is skew, you can press the BACK button, and the pouch film will be back, and then you can put the card again.
ATTENTION !
1. This machine should be placed in dry and clean place, far away from the flammable matters.
Do not spray water on the machine. When the machine is working, do not put the objectives on outer case.
2. This machine should be connected with the ground wire.
3. When stopping the machine, first turn off the preheating power,after radiation ( the temperature is lower 80ºC ), then turn off the power switch.
4. Maintenance with electricity is forbidden.
5. When cleaning the rubber roller, use the soft cloth with alcohol. Do not use the gas and thinner, especially do not allow to use the metal brush and tool to brush, shovel or knock the rubber roller.
